Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online yoga programs, workshops, and live Zoom sessions conducted by YogAdheera. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of the Program

YogAdheera conducts online live yoga sessions for children through:

  • Live Zoom classes
  • WhatsApp communication groups
  • Digital learning support and recordings (when applicable)

The program includes 15 live online yoga sessions for children aged 7–13 years.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible only if requested before the first live class begins.

If a parent or guardian wishes to cancel enrollment before the first class, they may contact us to request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided:

  • After the first class has been attended
  • After access to the private WhatsApp group has been provided and the program has started
  • For missed classes
  • Due to schedule conflicts or lack of participation
  • For change of mind after program commencement
  • For partial attendance of the program
4. Missed Classes

If a student misses a live session, a recording may be shared for learning purposes.

Missed live classes do not qualify for refunds or replacement sessions.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after accessing the program or joining the class group, YogAdheera reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access to sessions
  • Remove the participant from the program
  • Submit proof of enrollment and participation to the payment provider
7. Payment Gateways

Payments may be processed through trusted payment providers such as:

  • Razorpay
  • Cashfree
